Easter Cards

Well I thought I would do some simple Easter cards for a change as still trying to keep attempting to get it right with less is more idea.

New Baby Boy

Today I thought I would show you a project I have been working on lately which is for a neighbour, I have made one of these shapes of Easel Cards before but it was a struggle to remember how to fix it all together but I finally got there.

I have used Coredinations Royal card stock, Bazzill Basics Chantilly card stock, First Edition Up, Up and Away patterned paper, Cut n Boss, Spellbinders Scalloped Ovals Diecut, Spellbinders Oval Diecut, Sentiments Diecuts, Swirls Diecut, Gem Stones, 3D Foam Pads, Spectrum Noir Pens and of course the lovely rubber stamped image called Willow with Toddler by Whiff of Joy.

Today's card I have to show you is basically about diecutting and embossing, showing how simply you can make cards.

I have used white card stock to make the rectangle card, Coredinations Tim Holtz Dusty Concord card stock, Bazzill Basics String of Pearls card stock, Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pad Dusty Concord, Gem Stones, Cut n Boss, Sentiments, Diecut, Sara Davies Butterfly Diecuts and Embossing Folder.

A rather pretty card no matter what colour you use, simply and delicate without being too fussy or taking a lot of time.

I have today a card to show you that I have made a batch of yet again trying to keep it simple, I have yet to add gem stones to them once I purchase some more of the crystal clear ones to give it that added sparkle.

I have used Crafters Companion Black Card stock to make rectangle cards, Crafters Companion Gold card stock, Gilding Wax, De'sire Sentiments Diecuts, Cut n Boss and Sara Davies Traditional Christmas Festive Tree Embossing Folder.
