Black & Gold Twisted Easel Birthday Card

Today's card is another Twisted Easel Card which I have made using lots of Crafters Companions goodies, I am trying to force myself to think outside the box lately. I have used white card stock to make the twisted easel card, Crafters Companion Black card stock, Crafters Companion Gold card stock, Crafters Companion Black & Gold Patterned Papers, Sara Davies Corner Diecut, Sara Davies Butterflies Diecuts, Sentiments Diecut, Heart Shaped Diecut for the easel stopper and Brads.

Pixie Dust Flowers

Hello Folks,

Today's card was inspired by another crafter, I am trying to challenge myself to try different styles of crafting and was pleased with this, its not a Create a Card but I used it as a similar idea.

I have used white card stock to make the square card, Bazzill Basics Pixie Dust card stock, Bazzil Fern Card stock, Geminie, Sara Davies Flowers Diecuts, Sara Davies Sentiments Diecuts & Stamps Set, Sara Davies Background Diecut, various Leaves Diecuts, Gem Stones, Collal Glue and some Spray n Sparkle Iridescent.

I am rather pleased with how this has turned out and has encouraged me to try more, that is it for now so until next time, do take care and happy crafting.

Diamond Shaped Easel Card

Hello Folks,

Today's card is the first time I've made a diamond shaped easel card and I am rather pleased with how it has turned out.  I have used Crafters Companion Black card stock to make the square card using the Ultima Pro, Crafters Companion Black card stock for ornate pieces, Crafters Companion Precious Metals Luxury card stock, Crafters Companion Floral Treats Patterned Paper, Ribbon Bow, Flowers, Bobbin Pins, 3D Foam Pads, Collal Glue, Gemini, Crafters Companion Corner Diecut, Heart Diecut and a Crafters Companion rubber stamp from their Subscription box No 3.

Black & Gold Create A Card

My blog is finally back working right at last, so today's post is I card sadly that didn't turn out quite right but not too bad for the first attempt of a Create A Card.

I have used Crafters Companion Black card stock to make the square card, Crafters Companion Gold card stock, Crafters Companion Black and Gold pattern paper, Crafters Companion Black and Gold Ribbon Collection, Gemini Sara Davies Butterflies Diecuts, De'sire Create A Card Diecut, Gem Stones, Gold Gilding Wax, Gem Stones and Pearl Drop Charm.

Crafters Companion Subsription Box No 3 Roses

Hi Folks,

Seems my blog is having a strange time lately, but I've finally worked my way round it so here is a Easel card I made using papers, stamps, diecuts etc from the box just adding colour to the flower and leaves using Tim Holtz Distressed Ink Pads giving an extra dimension.

Peacock Feathers

Today's card I have kept to a recent layout as the peacock image is quite big, was trying for a more glittery image but me and glitter doesn't seem to work.

I have used white card stock to make the rectangle card, Bazzill Basics Artic card stock, Bazzill Basics White card stock, Gemini, Sara Davies Together Forever Vine Leaves Embossing Folder, Peacock Diecut, Sara Davies Butterflies Diecut, Gem Stones, Sara Davies Rubber Stamped Sentiments, Ribbons, Adhesive Tape, Silver Glitter and Tim Holtz Distress Peacock Feathers Ink Pad to colour both the Peacock and the Embossing.

Today's card was inspired by another crafter, I have used white card stock to make the basic square card then folded the front in half giving the basic design for this layout. I then have used Papermania Dark Blue card stock, Bazzill Basics White card stock, Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pad Stormy Sky, Gemini, Sara Davies Embossing Folder Butterfly Lullaby - Butterfly Corner, Sara Davies, Butterflies Diecuts, Sara Davies, Sentiments Rubber Stamp, Word "Dad" Diecut, Collal Glue, Gem Stones, Organza Ribbon, Ribbon and Adhesive Tape.

Joyous Winterdays - Glisten

I decided yet to keep things simple with a few cards, I have used white card stock to make the basic square card, Maja Design Joyous Winterdays Glisten Double Sided patterned papers, Ribbon, Bow Maker, Gem Stones, Spectrum Noir pen for Gem Stone Colour, Sentiments, Cut n Boss, Edge'ables Diecut and there you have a quick, simple Christmas Card.

Watercolours

Hello Folks,

I have two simple cards to show you due to Crafter Companion Subscription Boxes. Box number 2 was all about learning to use Sparkle Pens which are watercolours, as I am new to these pens I thought I would give it a try keeping it simple as possible as no artist.

The left hand card I made using all the bits from the box which was rubber stamps both image as well as sentiments, card with envelope, watercolour card, coloured card, Sparkle Pens using the techniques of basic colouring, mixing and splodging so the yellow pen plus the red pen gives this orangey colour plus I have used the Gemini with a Spellbinders Scalloped Circle Diecut to cut out the front of the card to see the image inside the card.

For the card on the right I have used a rubber stamp that I received for my birthday plus a card with an envelope that I already had in my stock, I used the sentiments stamp for the box as well as the sparkle pens, the blue sparkle pen I used to make a border as well as to colour some butterflies which are Sara Davies Diecuts with my Gemini and added a little touch of gem stones.

Well today's card is another one showing you can keep it basic but still make an effective Christmas Card.  I have used Crafters Companion Black card stock to make the basic square card then for the design I have used Crafters Companion Gold card stock, Crafters Companion Black card stock, Gemini Diecut and Emboss Machine, Crafters Companion Gold Ribbon, Bow Maker, Gemini Sentients Diecut, Gemini Snowdrift Diecut, Collal Glue and gold coloured Gem Stones.
